In life we must take responsibility for how we act. But what if the family we aren't able to seem to forget about are causing us disease. If hanging around someone makes you feel even more worse yet; but you stick to that relationship because you don’t have the means to leave you could be silently killing your own self?

If you put the health and wellbeing of others over yourself there's a chance you're slowly bleeding yourself dry. If you can not let go of your childhood you may get stuck in the past and forget to live. You know deep down inside that this type of person is killing you. But you require this relationship therefore you slowly eradicate and delete emotions - the actions that protests to such relationships.

You cannot liberate yourself from these relationships since they are providing you with something you think you cannot obtain or find for yourself. What if you could actually access the gear you need to be able to feel better?
